A story that begins in the glass and continues on the plate. A dialogue between two distinct worlds – one rooted in New Nordic cuisine, the other spanning the vineyards of Europe. Launching on May 18.
Setting the tone will be NATURAL RASCAL's selection of wines – a carefully chosen bottle for Monday evening of the month. Each will be tasted and reinterpreted by MUND chefs, who will curate a themed menu to match what's being poured. From glass to plate – we're subverting the culinary dialogue.
