Yes – selected rooms are specifically designed and adapted to meet the needs of guests with disabilities, ensuring comfort and ease of use. If you have any additional questions, we recommend contacting us before arrival so we can take care of all the details.
Children up to 12 years old stay free of charge when sharing their parents’ bed. For guests traveling with infants, baby cots are available for an additional fee – simply let us know before arrival so we can have everything ready.
Yes – we welcome guests traveling with dogs and other pets. There are no additional charges for your pet’s stay.
Flexible bookings can be cancelled free of charge until 6:00 PM the day before arrival via phone or email. As cancellation and modification policies vary by offer, we recommend reviewing the details in your booking confirmation. Please note that non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified free of charge.
Early check-in is available free of charge, subject to availability. Check-out until 2:00 PM is also available free of charge subject to availability, while leaving the room later than that will result in an additional night charge.
PURO Warszawa Centrum offers both underground and outdoor parking at 130 PLN per day or 13 PLN per hour. Please note that we do not accept advance reservations. Access to the underground garage is via a car lift with maximum vehicle length: 4.6 m. Larger vehicles are welcome to use our outdoor parking area.
The hotel does not have its own EV charging station. However, the nearest public charging points are located on Złota, Krucza, and Hoża streets – all within a 5-minute drive or a short walk from the hotel.
From Chopin Airport, the simplest option is the train (lines S2 or S3) to Warszawa Centralna station – the journey takes 30–35 minutes. The hotel is a 10–15-minute walk from the station. Alternatively, you can take a tram (lines 9, 22, or 24) to the Krucza stop. A taxi ride from Chopin Airport takes around 22 minutes. From Modlin Airport, getting to central Warsaw takes 60 to 75 minutes via bus and train, followed by a short walk or tram ride. A taxi ride from Modlin Airport takes about an hour.
Located on Widok Street, the hotel sits in the very heart of Warsaw. The Palace of Culture and Science and the Museum of Modern Art are just a 10-minute walk away, while the National Museum and Zachęta Gallery are within a 15-minute stroll. The Old Town and Łazienki Park are both reachable in just under 30 minutes on foot.
Yes, breakfast is 89 PLN per person when booked before arrival, or 99 PLN when booked on the day. It includes an extensive buffet and à la carte dishes. Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, and on weekends and public holidays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
The hotel features Magari, an Italian restaurant open on weekdays from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and on weekends and public holidays from 12:30 PM to 10:30 PM. A small garden is also available during the summer season.

Definitely – online check-in ensures a smoother arrival. You can provide your details in advance and easily add services, such as booking activities within the PURO Experience program. Upon arrival, we’ll simply ask for a photo ID to verify your identity and hand over your key.
The hotel opened in 2019 and was designed by JEMS Architekci. The interiors were created in collaboration with the London-based studio DeSallesFlint.
